I can't imagine trying to text while driving. I see a lot of what looks like texting while I'm at a stop light, but I rarely see in while moving. The impetus was probably younger (teens) drivers. The cell phone change will prevent a challenge for me, as I'm not yet a big headset person. Although I'm blue tooth enabled, I haven't found an earpiece that stays on my ear. I carry it with me, but it probably does't do much good when it stays in my purse. It’s probably a good move by the legislature.
