I am, unapologetically, a chocolate lover. While the occasional Snickers bar, or Reese’s peanut butter cup may satisfy a temporary pang, it’s the really good stuff — rich, creamy, totally decadent — that really gets me excited.

After writing my post about parking earlier this week, I came across some additional information about Seattle-ites and their cars.
There are 314,722 licensed passenger vehicles in Seattle, along 10,718 licensed motorcycles, and 1,510 license mopeds.
There are 100,000 non-residential parking spaces in the downtown business core and surrounding neighborhoods.
Lots of people competing for not […]

Do you think that if you’ve heard one rant you’ve heard them all?
Well think again, as you read what the other b5media Travel & culture bloggers are ranting about. Sherry at Geeky Traveller has gathered out posts and published a great synopsis of what we’re ranting about.
My participation was my rant about people believing that […]

I look forward to the Carnival of Cities every week. While I’m enormously proud of where I live, I’m enormously curious about other cities around the world. The weekly Carnival of Cities gives me the opportunity to brag on Seattle a bit, while still discovering bits and pieces of information about this big world […]
