The Seattle Traveler

I’ve been absent from the Carnival of Cities for a few weeks, and was glad to get back into the swing of things with this week’s Carnival, hosted by Grace at Sandier Pastures.  Grace writes about life in Dubai, and I always find her stories about life in the Emirates immensely entertaining.

My favorite city post this week was from Sheila at Family Travel, “Guaranteed Florida Manatee Sightings.”  It turns out that we’re in prime manatee season, and the articles give you lots of options on ways to see these mysterious creatures.

My contribution to the Carnival was my post, Top Pot is a Top Spot for Coffee & Doughnuts.
