Have an Art Attack in Georgetown
Where will you be NEXT Saturday? My recommendation is to go to Georgetown for the Second Saturday Art Attack.
Georgetown is an industrial neighborhood, and lately it’s been experiencing a bit of a renaissance with is burgeoning art community. To showcase and celebrate the numerous artists and creative business based in the neighborhood, while still keeping its urban and industrial feel, the Georgetown Merchants Association launches if first Georgetown Second Saturday Art Attack on February 9th.
A variety of galleries, studios, nightclubs, boutiques, cafes, and other creative businesses will participate, with nearly every medium represented: fine art, crafts, theater, cartoons, film, food, drink and music. Throw in a little fun and frivolity, and it sounds live a fun evening.
Start off at any of the Georgetown establishments, pick up a map, and off you go!
Location: Georgetown
Date & Time: February 9th, 6 – 9 pm, and the second Saturday of every month.
