I attended a Super Bowl party and my friend’s mom was visiting from Canada. She made a wonderful turkey chili and said it was a Tom Douglas recipe, and since I am from the US, I had not heard about him, but I would love that recipe because it the best chili I have ever eaten in my entire life! I think you have to roast all the vegetables before and also, the secret ingredient is pumpkin? Anyway, I have looked everywhere, but can’t find it. Anybody that has it please email me! Thanks!
