after going thru customs on my return trip from japan NWA 8, on sat nov 22, i lost my passport when i exited security. i had to rush to get my connecting flight and did not notice the loss until i got home and checked my baggage.
i have called your lost and found number three times, gotten a busy signal and then was disconnected three times. telephone numbers are a scam if they don’t work
already submitted my complaint
Hello Barbara –
I am sorry to hear of your troubles reaching Sea-Tac lost and found.
This blog is not associated with the airport or its services in any way, so I’m not able to process your complaint.
I’m sure that the airport is extremely busy, so I’d recommend persistence in making the hone calls. You might also check directly with your airline to see if they can provide you with additional assistance.
Customer Service during cancellations should be handled with an appointed representative for the airlines to inform Customers about the cancellation, what to do next, and what to expect.
I was very disappointed today after hearing flight from frontier airlines
was cancelled due to weather, my two daughters ages 4 and 6 along with thier father were just left there not knowing where to go and what to do next. Standing in lines for over an hour, no one came to help or assist or inform them in any way. As I write this they are standing still in the airport with no way to return home.
It would be especially helpful if Seatac along with airlines had a better way to assist and communicate with customers during cancellations and situations such as these, after all it is not a free flight that keeps that airlines and airpots in business.
sea-tacky.

When I called the lost and found phone number (you gave above) on 2/23/09 it was not working. When I called the customer service phone number you listed it was a customer complaint line where you are to leave a name and phone number. Neither of these numbers were helpful.
Numbers on this site were worthless. Neither not current or constantly busy.
I had broken items in my luggage from the trip on Friday 28 August 2009. I had insurance and i cant reach the airport or customer service. Publishing the right numbers would be nice
