The Seattle Traveler Top Posts for February 2008
It was no surprise that the presidential election piqued our interest last month, but what else were we interested in — here’s a list of the 5 most widely read posts for the month of February:
- Washington State Caucus Primer. With all the election talk going on, this came as no real surprise. What did come as a surprise, though, is how quickly a post that I wrote as a very simple outline of the process turned into a bit of a fracas about the validity of the caucus system.
- How to Find Washington State Caucus Locations. Realizing that I outlined the process, but neglected information on how to get involved, this post remained popular, but not as contentious as the Primer. These two posts ranked first and second last month as well.
- Skagit Valley Tulip Festival Runs April 1st – 30th. Making another appearance on the Top 5 List, this post is about last year’s festival. The information and link are all still helpful, though.
- Ice Cream & More at Don’s Ruston Market & Deli. Another appearance on the Top 5 List, Don’s is a popular neighborhood place (near Point Defiance Zoo in Tacoma), and a favorite stop for coffee, lunch, or – my favorite – ice cream.
- Jimi Hendrix Grave Site. The Renton burial site and memorial to this rock and roll legend.
Were these your favorite posts this past month?
