Are You Ready for Some Football: Seahawks Scrimmage Game
Hard to believe that we’re talking football already, but the Seahawk training camp has already started.
The annual Seahawk Scrimmage game will be held this weekend, giving fans the first opportunity to see how this season’s team comes together.
Proceeds from the scrimmage game benefits the King and Pierce County "Play it Smart" Program, an education program targeted at high school football players from economically disadvantaged environments.
Location: Qwest Field, 800 Occidental Avenue South (map it)
Date & Time: Saturday, August 2nd. Gates open at 9 am, scrimmage at 11 am.
Tickets: Adults $12; Youth ages 6-16 $5; Kids 5 and under FREE. Purchase Seahawk Scrimmage tickets online.

Seems weird that the NLF is starting up already. The Redskin just held their summer camp, and baseball is just past midseason.

Yeah, the seasons seem to overlap way more than they used to. At least this is just summer camp, though, although pre-season games are just around the corner!
