Former Seattle Oceanaire Chef on Season 3 Top Chef
Long time fans of Seattle’s The Oceanaire restaurant may want to tune into Top Chef. Chef Brian Marlarkey, former of The Oceanaire Seattle, and now the Exective Chef at The Oceanaire San Diego, is one of the contestants in this seasons’s show.
Check him out in this video teaser for Season 3 of Bravo’s very popular cooking show. The show is aired numerous times throughout the week, so check the schedule for a convenient time.
The first episode has already been shown (I recorded it and just watched it yesterday), and while Chef Brian didn’t get sent packing with his knives, his rattlesnake and eel dishes did land him in the bottom four of the 15 contestants. Since he’s also a friend, I’m hoping he has a much better performance in the next competition.
Location: The Oceanaire Seattle is located at 1700 7th Avenue (downtown)
Hours: Lunch, Monday - Friday, 11:30 am - 5 pm; Dinner, Sunday - Thursday, 5 - 10 pm, Friday & Saturday 5 - 11 pm.
