It’s OK to be "Board" at Blue Highway Games
With the rainy season upon us, Seattle-ites are staying indoors, and many of them are turning of the television, computer, and electronics that dominate so many lives. With more and more families trying to capitalize on at least one at home family night a week, games are becoming popular once again.
My favorite childhood game were Monopoly, Risk, Battleship, Scrabble, and Parcheesi. Those may seem old-fashioned by today’s standards, but those games join the list of others available at Blue Highway Games.
Blue Highway has an extensive inventory of board and card games for all ages and all types of game players. You’ll find the classic board games, along with lots of new and challenging strategy game, suitable for playing at home, or travel versions for the road.
To make sure that you understand how to play the game you select, Blue Highway has demo tables for you to try before you buy. There workers can answer questions and help you learn game strategy.
The store offers monthly game tournaments has a Pokemon league, and offers a variety of special entertainment nights, for game enthusiasts of all ages. An upstairs loft is available for birthday parties. The store will also travel to schools to set up game nights.
