Learn to Cook a Vegan Thanksgiving Dinner
What’s a vegan to do when all talk seems to turn to turkey?
Learn how to create a delicious meatless holiday menu from Chef Birgitte Antonsen (Natures Way Food), as she shows you how to make a fully vegan meal:
- Roasted Vegetable Nut Loaf
- Mushroom Béchamel Sauce
- Orange Beet Salad with Apples, Walnuts, and Cranberries
- Rice Pudding with Warm Cherry Sauce
I’ve written before about the fun you can have at Dish-it-Up, and this niche cooking classes promises to deliver menus and tips that will be useful year round. This is a hands-on, participatory class.

Don’t think nut loaf is for me: but how about a nice truffle risotto? That’s the way to convince people :-)

I’ve had a fair number of delicious vegan meals (and truffle risotto would rank high on that list!), but I’m not ready to cut out the turkey on Thanksgiving!
