Remlinger Farms Pumpkin Harvest Festival

The month of October is Fall Pumpkin Harvest Festival at Remlinger Farms.

In 1965, Gary and Bonnie Remlinger opened a roadside produce stand.  They were farming folk, and this was the beginning of their business venture.  From those humble beginning, the family continued to add on the freshest local fruits and vegetables available, gradually growing the family business.  That strongly rooted family history shows in the farm even today.

And today, Remlinger Farms is a 200 acres spread, with a tourist center, a full service restaurant, bakery, ice cream parlor, picnic areas, U-Pick fields, and Country Fair Fun Park.  Birthday Party packages, educational tours, company picnics, and corporate retreats are held at the farm.  Although an estimated 200,000 people visit Remlinger Farms annually, this is a real working farm, and the family focus is on their love of the land and what it produces.

For its Harvest Festival, the farm is covered with scarecrows, pumpkins, cornstalks, and other festive decorations.  It is, after all, harvest season.

You can take a free tractor drawn wagon ride to the U-Pick Pumpkin Field, and choose the right pumpkin for your carving needs.  The Farm Market has lots of harvest themed products and gifts available for purchase.  You can sit down in the Restaurant for a piece of pie, or buy a frozen U-bake pie to take home.

Fall Pumpkin Harvest Festival is open weekends 10 am-6 pm through October 29th.    A variety of pricing discounts are available, so take a look at all the options here.  The farm’s calendar lists other upcoming events, schedules, and prices.

Remlinger Farms is located at 32610 NE 32nd Street in Carnation, approximately 45 minutes east of Seattle.
