Summer Just Seems to Go Better With an Elysian Beer
While the Pacific Northwest may have become know for its wines and wineries, Seattle is also a beer kind of place, with some nice tasting brews along with fun brew pubs and interesting breweries and brewing methods.
On Capital Hill, you’ll find the Elysian Brewing Company with both a full service restaurant and bar and a 20-barrel brewing facility. A walk by will give you a nice look at both.
